She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hillegonds and Viva Hillegonds; and her siblings, Glenn Hillegonds (Maxine), Norine Wagner (Tom) and Pat Hillegonds.
She is survived by: her husband Gary W. Dobbs; her children, Jack Haan (Carrie), Mark Haan (Autumn), Alecia Gowen (Robert Mitchell), Amy McGuire (Robert) and Garrett Dobbs (Alyssa); her grandchildren, Elijah, Stella, Silas and Emmett Haan; her children, Nate, Sydney Gowen, Grace Bolinger, Emily, Zach, Dylan McGuire, Alex and Addison Dobbs; her sister Linda Rinsema (Judd); and her nieces, Lori Jones and Lindsay Bohney.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre (606 E 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Cindi's name to VNA Hospice, Valparaiso, IN.
