He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Clark; and his siblings, Les, Sid, Ethel, Betty and Anita.
He is survived by: his father Carl Clark; his children, Emily LaVelle (Chris) and Aaron Clark (Jackie); and his grandchildren, Jase, Piper Clark, Christopher, Alexandria and Brooklyn LaVelle. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
