He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Frailey and Elizabeth Frailey (Griest); and his brothers-in-law, John Rauffauf and Barney McColly. He is survived by: his wife Clara J. Stone; his daughter Jennifer L. Ortiz (Rich) of Valparaiso; his grandsons, Nathan and Caleb Ortiz; and his siblings, Tom Frailey (Robyn) of Valparaiso, Phil Frailey (Elaine) of Valparaiso, Al Frailey (Joy) of Milford, Carol McColly of Valparaiso and Janet Raffauf of Indianapolis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moeller Funeral Home (104 Roosevelt Rd, Valparaiso, IN 46383). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
