With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Denise A. Corke of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Brussels, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 23, 2024 at the age of 93. As we bid Denise farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Denise is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Pierre Fransaer and Adolphine Jeanne "Jane" Fransaer (Allard); her husband Charles "Corky" Corke; and her son Michel "Micky" Corke. She is survived by : her daughter JoAnn Mosby of Valparaiso, IN; her granddaughter Adrienne Bansemer (David) of Valparaiso, IN; her great grandchild Luke Bansemer of Valparaiso, IN; and her niece Rita Corke Brutlag (Thibaut) of Hudson, IL.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Baier Funeral Home (102 W Oak St, Watseka, IL 60970).
