He is survived by: his children, Aaron Read (Laura), Tori Read and Annette Marshall (Lynn); his grandchildren, Emily Watts (Nathan), Kaelyn Read, Nathan Read (Sara), Kerstin Read, Preston Silcox (Tristyn), Blake Silcox (Heather), Maddison Morgan (Robert), Briana Marshall, James Marshall, Shelden Rolston, Chrissa Marshall, Sara Marshall, Jaxon Rolston, CheyAnn Rolston, Gabriel Marshall and Benjamin Marshall; his great grandchildren, Leonardo Wells, Magnolia Otte, Evalie Morgan, Bailey Silcox, Beau Silcox and Willow Read; his siblings, Steven Read (Vivian), Julia Santo (Pete), Richard Read (Lisa) and Kenneth Read (Rhonda); and the mother of his children Kathleen Whitaker.
