He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Sappan; his daughter Jill Bibler; his sister Jeannette Idziak; and his parents, Fred and Regina.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Kepshire (Bob) of Evans, GA and Frank Polaski, Jr. (JoAnne) of West End, NC; his son-in-law Scott Bibler of Kouts, IN; his grandchildren, Erik, Amanda, Megan, Nathan, Aaron, Lauren, Allison and David; and his great grandchildren, Mia, Brenan, Luke, Vivian, Peter, Aria, Mason, Colton and Emmitt.
