She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack O'Malley and Mildred O'Malley; her husband Robert A. Bickel; her siblings, Bob O'Malley and Pat Heath; her brother-in-law Rod Heath; and her grandson Chadwick O. Stone.

She is survived by: her children, Kirk Bickel of Indianapolis, IN, Todd Bickel (Wendy) of Arroyo Grande, CA and Julie Bickel of Valparaiso, IN; her grandsons, Konner and Nathan; her great grandchild Malia; her brother-in-law Philip Bickel (Karen); her nieces, Amy Yunker (Jason), Kelly Nanos (Nick) and Jennifer Heath; her nephew Jeff Heath (Amy); and her friends, Jackie Ostling, Connie and Vince Pupillo. She is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews.
