She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Clifton and Jessie Clifton (Valentine); and her children, Mark Allen, Kimberly Caldwell-Chiko and Kathy Allen-Randle.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Richard Allen, Laura Dyson, Debra Allen and Dr. Tina Allen-Abulhassan; and her brother George Clifton. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
