She was predeceased by: her son Scotty Jones. She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Vlamos and Cindy Vlamos; her daughter Ashley Jones; her sister Christina Connelly (Chris); her grandchildren, Kiara Connelly and Mia Gapinski; her nephews, Johnathon Vlamos (Ashley) and Kamen Vlamos (Taylor); her aunt Karen Brewer (Daryl); her uncle John Vlamos; her cousins, Jessica and Sierra Brewer; her godmother Yolanda Cruz (family: Kimberly, Peter); and also, Heather Gapinski, Crystal Singleton and Axel Singleton. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated to help offset funeral expenses.
