He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Treadway and Margaret Treadway (Robinson); his siblings, Lucy Treadway and Harry Treadway; his great-nephew Joseph Brown; and his great-niece Melissa Treadway.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Nipple (Harold) of Valparaiso and Jim Treadway (Sharon) of Wanatah; his nieces, Tammy Smith (Don) and Tracie Brown (Dan); his great-niece Heidi Smith; and his great-nephew Danny Brown.
