With solemn reverence, we commemorate John Spencer of Valparaiso, Indiana, whose life came to an end on September 16, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son John C. Spencer; and his niece Beverly Malone. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Spencer (Pofahl); his stepdaughter Kelly Swart (Jason) of North Judson, IN; his sister Regina Deakin of Schererville, IN.; his grandsons, Justin Haga and Ethan Swart; his stepson Cody Pofahl; and his sibling's children, Debora Brittain, Cynde Kolicius, Joseph Deakin III and Robert Alan Deakin.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bartholomew Funeral Home (102 Monroe St, Valparaiso, IN 46383).
