We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2025, at the age of 78, Joyce Marie Collins of Valparaiso, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sterling Fry and Madolin Fry (Petermen); her spouse Rolan Collins, Sr.; her sons, Jeffery, Tony and Phillip Collins; her brother Bill Fry; and her grandchildren, Gabrielle, Scott, Jr., Brandon and Dustin.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Collins (Jaclynn) of Valparaiso, Teresa Weiler (Jerome) of Valparaiso, Billy Carpenter of Wanatah and Rolan Collins, Jr. (Tammie) of LaPorte; her grandchildren, Laila, Jeffrey, Sophia, Joseph (Samantha), Sterling, Danielle, Rebecca (Bryan), Bryce (Cam), Isaiah, Dana (Doug), Brandie (Jolene), Shain (Sherri), Shelby and Amber; her great grandchildren, Isaiah and Daniel; and her sister Janice Mann.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moeller Funeral Home (104 Roosevelt Rd, Valparaiso, IN 46383). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at the Graceland Cemetery (1505 Morthland Dr, Valparaiso, IN 46383).
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the family.
