She was predeceased by: her sibling Roland Millington. She is survived by: her children, Brian DeBold (Tammy), Steve DeBold (Jackie) of Valpo, Michele Van Cleef (Scott) of Valpo, Joseph DeBold (Ashley) of Wheatfield and Laura Leeper (DeBold) of Valpo; her grandchildren, Malieka, Hailee, Tyrus, Teryn, Avree, Christian, Myles, Peyton, Colton and Gracie; and her great grandchildren, Malina, Kaylie and Angelo.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Kathlene's name to the or Porter Co. Animal Shelter.
