She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Ehrsam and Marie Ehrsam (Ambre); her children, Janet Wuletich, George and John Burchuk; her stepdaughter Jerri Wachter; and her siblings, Mary Fitzpatrick, Gerald, Robert, Herbert and Roy Ehrsam.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Heavilin; her children, Lori Lachowicz (Tony), Kay Gannon (Roger), Daniel Burchuk (Kathy), Edward Burchuk (Denise) and James Burchuk; and her stepchildren, Richard Heavilin (Dianna), William Lore, Cheryl Lavergne, Garry Heavilin and Susan Powers (Frank). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
