He is survived by: his children, Robert "Bob" Milligan, Lisa Milligan, Denise Milligan, Scott Milligan and Brenda Moreland (Travis); and his grandchildren, Tarin Stoker (James), Paige Milligan, Ariel Dahlin, Christopher Moreland (Noel), Brianna Kronebusch (Mason), Savannah Moreland and Katie Milligan. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; two nieces; and one nephew and many other friends and family.
