She is survived by: her mother Julie Dotson (Patrick); her children, Gloria Blevins Pate of Springfield, IL, Michael Blevins of Springfield, IL and Jesse Blevins of Valparaiso, IN; her grandson Brandon Figueroa; and her siblings, Faye and Paul. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
