She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Snyder and Ethel Snyder; her brothers, Pastor John Snyder (Connie) and Ted Snyder (Jan); and her son-in-law Daniel Love.
She is survived by: her husband Roe B. Phelps III; her children, Roe B. Phelps IV (Kimberly), Glenn A. Phelps and Deborah Sue Love; her grandchildren, Daniel Love, Nicole Volpe, Tiffany Clark, Roe B. Phelps V, Charlotte Phelps and Krystal Phelps; and her sister Barbara Hutzler (Kenneth). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
