He was predeceased by: his wife Raymah Hawk (Fife); his children, Kevin Hawk (Tami), Tammy Cox (Frank), Jennifer Boyd (Jeff), Eli, Finn, Seth Hawk (Sam), Olivia, River, Katie Strickland (Caleb), Nora, Amelia, Jacob Cox, Hannah Berger (Jeremy), Emma, Theo, Ellie, Caleb Boyd (Jenna) and Cade Raymond; his parents, Fred Hawk and Mary Hawk; his former wife Grace Folden Hawk; and his siblings, Robert Hawk and Naomi Haskins.
He is survived by: his sister Ruth Ann Evans (Jerry); and his stepchildren, LuAnn Folden Burke (Greg) and Tony Folden (Tammy). He is also survived by his three children, six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
