He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Belcher and Ollie Belcher (Whitehead); and his spouse Jean Dobson. He is survived by : his son Larry Eugene Belcher (Linda Jean) of Portage; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Parks (Rex) and Christine Parker (Ray); and his great grandchildren, Dr. Zach Messina (Emily) and Riley Parker.
