In loving memory of Richard L. Raffin of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who departed this world on October 31, 2024 at the age of 91. Richard leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Raffin and Jean Raffin (Murino). He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Perona; his children, Maria Haley (Mike), Ann Schuster (Rich), Paula Appel (Tom), Albert Raffin (Patty), Jean Sangiorgio (Frank), Richard Raffin (Cecile), James Raffin (Tina), Margaret Mochen (Kevin), Mary Oates (Dennis), Michael Raffin (Brandy), Bernadette Whiting (Thad) and Theresa DelMedico (Vince); his sisters, Carole Raffin and Rae Panozzo; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Perona and Paul Perona. He is also survived by 70 grandchildren, 56 great grandchildren.
