He was predeceased by: his sister Ann Ballard; and his great-nephew Jaxsin Gilmer. He is survived by: his parents, James Lewis and Frances Lewis (Schneider); his brother Richard Lewis (Terri); his caregiver Andy Lewis; and his pet Puffers. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
