She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Rigg and Irene Rigg; her husband Paul Tougaw; and her brother Kenneth Rigg. She is survived by: her children, Paul Douglas Tougaw (Cindy) and Laura Leanne Sanders (Jon); her grandchildren, Alex, Isabel, Abby Kaariainen, Leanne Illes (Alex) and Jenni Sanders; and her brother Lee Rigg.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Valparaiso Public Library.
