She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Thomas and Bonnie Helen Vann (MacDonald); her daughter Heather Rayner; her grandson Robert West; and her former husband David.
She is survived by: her husband Brian Billens; her children, Michelle Rayner, Jason Rayner (Melinda), Raymond Billens and Jenna Billens; and her siblings, Chris Vann (Dawn), Deborah Stanfill (Tim) and Gerald Vann (LaLonnie). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
