We bid farewell to Sue Gilliam of Valparaiso, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 8, 2025 at the age of 92. Sue touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Dean and Bessie Jenkins (Watts); her husband Williard "Booster" Gilliam; and her daughter Pamela Sue Craiger. She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Denison of Valparaiso and Jennifer Yost of Valparaiso; her grandchildren, Cara Nettles (Wes) of Westminster, MD, Aimee Falls (Brian) of Argos, IN and Brandon Yost (Gloricelly) of Valparaiso; her great grandchildren, Sasha Jarvis of Culver, IN, Shellby Falls of North Liberty, IN and Brian Falls II of Argos, IN; and her sister-in-law Rose Dean of Griffin, GA.. She is also survived by 12 great- great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial Donations may be made to the Porter County Animal Shelter. In lieu of flowers, plant a plant in Sue's memory.
