It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Phipps of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Dean and Mary Lucille Phipps; and her sister Debra A Blotnicki. She is survived by: her children, David Rodriguez, Billy Rodriguez and Samantha Rodriguez; her grandchildren, Veronica, Audrianna, Jahcell, Toney, Evangelyne, Brayden and Bryson; her fiancé Willis Cook; and her sisters, Glinda S. Combs and Tracy Jamrock (Paul). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
