Susan S. Yager Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Susan S. Yager of Valparaiso, Indiana is shared. Susan, born on June 2, 1942, passed away on October 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Williams and Lorraine Williams (Wisenhunt); her husband James; and her brother Bruce Williams. She is survived by: her children, Michael Yager (Robin) of Portage, Michelle Ham (Michael) of Valparaiso and Jill Yager of Valparaiso; her grandchildren, Kristen, Andrew, Jake, Maliah, Ella and Olivia; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Alexandra, Eva, Laine and Taylor; and her siblings, Irene Carty (late Larry) and Gary Williams (Judy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Nativity of Our Savior Catholic Church (2949 Willowcreek Rd, Portage, IN 46368). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
