She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Monzulla and Sylvia Monzulla (Overholser); her brother Vinnie Monzulla; her grandson Kyle Kozar; and her former husband William Sherwood.

She is survived by: her husband William Addison of Valparaiso; her children, William Sherwood of California, Jody McKinney of Warsaw, Lori Schroeder (Roy) of Valparaiso, Kimberly Sherwood of Valparaiso and Melodee McKinney of Valparaiso; her grandson Keenan Kozar (Tasha); and her great grandchildren, Nora Leigh and Finn Atticus Kozar.
