Vernon L. Strege Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Vernon L. Strege of Valparaiso, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Strege and Alma Strege (Laskowske); his wife Ruth Ann Moen; his daughter Deanna Lyn; and his siblings, Ruth (Bob Lemster), Esther (Jack Clark) and James Strege.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Zulich (Steve), Dennis Strege and Doug Strege (Kathy); his sister-in-law Dee Strege; his grandchildren, Rachel, Sarah, John, Emily, Aaron, Megan, Amanda, Marcus, Alexander and Abigail; and his great grandchildren, Lauren, Austin, Luke, Olivia and Eileen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Moeller Funeral Home (104 Roosevelt Rd, Valparaiso, IN 46383). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
