He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Ambrose Hodges and Bertha Hodges; and his brother Tom Hodges. He is survived by: his sister Candy Gaines (Dave); his nieces and nephews, Mark Hodges (Jenny), Kurt Hodges (Ashley), Elizabeth Hitchcock (Kendall), Heather Minard (Chris) and Adam Gaines (Meredith); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Trystan, Aydan, Kamryn, Halie, Caitlin, Reese, Hudson, Joey and Beckett.
