He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregory Baltas and Mary Baltas; and his wife Martha Neal. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Hill (Phillip), Cathy McDonald (Earl), Donna Baltas and Christine Arthur (Ian); and his stepchildren, Kathie DeRuiter (Phillip), Sherie Breitenbach (Daniel) and Neal Heffernan (Deborah). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
