He was predeceased by: his brother Donald "Bud" Brankle; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Brankle, Bernadine "Bobbie" Brankle and Paula Brankle. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Butler; his sons, Stephen Brankle (Amy) of Siloam Springs and Paul Brankle (Susan) of Westfield; his grandchildren, Caleb Brankle (Lauren) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas and Beth Holt (Adam) of Owasso, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Lane, Finley and Addison; and his brothers, William "Fred" Brankle of Marion and Myron Brankle of Van Buren.
