He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred McCollum and Bonnie Cartwright; and his brother Dusty McCollum. He is survived by: his wife Linda McCollum (Gunyon) of Van Buren; his sons, Derik McCollum of Jonesboro, Brett McCollum of Marion and Shane Michael-Brent McCollum of South Bend; his stepson Kevin Riley-Charlton Gunyon of Van Buren; his siblings, Nick McCollum of Richmond, KY and Angi O'Connell of Gas City; his stepmother Nancy McCollum of Richmond, KY.; his grandchildren, Bryce, Kaiden, Kinley, Gaige, Audrey and Jackson; and his great grandchild Raylynn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
