He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Brumley (Evans) and Carlos F. Brumley; his sister Karen Shaffer; and his nephew Neil Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Lacey Carter (Travis) and Loni Leever (Cody); his granddaughters, Pressley, Anna and Finley; and his siblings, Mark Brumley and Kathy Levell.
