She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe C. Smith and Shirley Joan Bahls (Cowan); her daughter Bethany DeLong; and her siblings, Joe, David, Steven Smith and Wendy Mortimore.
She is survived by: her children, Shayne DeLong (Brianna) of Veedersburg and Shurlia DeLong of Crawfordsville; and her grandchildren, Broedy, Brayden, Braxtyn, Creed, Eastyn, Sebastian and Savannah.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Rockfield Cemetery (814 S Rockfield Rd, Veedersburg, IN 47987).
