He was predeceased by: his parents, John Homer and Mary Jane Garrison (Calvert); and his siblings, Charles Garrison, Tom Garrison, Donald Garrison, Bertha Obenland, Betty Wells and Mary Bolin.
He is survived by: his significant other Donna Jean Garrison; his children, Cynthia King (Douglas), Katherine Davis (Paul), Michael Garrison (Maria) and Daniel Garrison (Adrienne); his grandchildren, Alexandria, Annalisa King, Elijah, Cameron Davis, David, Amelia, Ezra, Nora Garrison, Penelope, Theodore and Samuel Garrison; and his brothers, Homer Garrison (Jeanette), James Garrison and Johnny Garrison (Kristy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dickerson Funeral Home (303 N Main St, Veedersburg, IN 47987). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the Osborn Prairie Cemetery (403 W Osborn Prairie Rd, Veedersburg, IN 47987).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital or St Jude Children's research hospital in Ronald's honor.
