He is survived by : his children, Jean Tankersly (Larry), Ray Chapman (Melissa), Jack Chapman (Dawn) and Bobbie; his siblings, Janet Cole (Jesse) of Versailles, IN, Danny Chapman and Gary Chapman (Tracy); his adoptive daughter Pam Rebis; and his great great grandchild Trenton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
