He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Ulysses "Herb" Barker and Freda Ilene Hough Barker; and his sister Linda Webb. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Barker (Cooper) of Moorefield, IN; his children, Jamie Tuozzo (Steve) of The Woodlands, TX and Shawn Barker of Denver, CO; his stepson Ian Brown (Brittany) of Vevay, IN; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Miranda, Jackson, Molly, Aiden, Liam, Lochlann and Juli. He is also survived by numerous extended family members, friends, and neighbors.
