He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse J. Riley and Mary Edith Riley (Breeden); his parents-in-law, Frederick A. "Fred" Varble and Rose Margaret "Billie" Varble (Smock); his siblings-in-law, Louis Franklin "Frankie" Ferguson Jr., Charles Brian Varble, Nelson Wayne Mathews, Maria Suzette Varble and Glenna S. Riley (Gayle); and his nieces, Jill Aileen Mathews and Susan Renee'Leap.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Riley (Varble) of Moorefield, IN; his children, Kyle Riley (Patty) of Moorefield, IN and Katie Collier (Lance) of Moorefield, IN; his grandchildren, Macy Collier, Cale Collier and Kallie Riley; his siblings, Phillip Riley of Vevay, IN, JoAnn Canfield of Madison, IN, Betty Mathews of Madison, IN and Janette Ferguson Newell (Chuck) of Covington, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Dale, Susan Varble, R. H., Kris Varble, Vincent Varble, Lea Annette Varble, Georgette, Barry O'Neal and Cindy Varble. He is also survived by his several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
