She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Tonges and Mildred Tonges (Freel); her son Robert Barry; and her brothers, Larry Tonges and Ronald Tonges.
She is survived by: her husband James Barry; her children, Rod Barry (Julie) of Shelbyville, KY, Brenda Carter (David) of Aurora, IN and Alisa Human (Paul) of Shelbyville, KY; her sister Mary Behlmer (Bob) of Greensburg, IN; her grandchildren, Amber Barry, Randy Bryant Jr., Jessica Barry, Michael Barry, Joshua Barry, Jessica Carter, Ashton Human and Cassidy Human; and her great grandchildren, Isla Hickey and Nathan Bryant.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Fitch Denney Funeral Home (455 Ridge Ave, Greendale, IN 47025). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
Contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital or Boys Town.
