With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John William Ayler of Vevay, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Laura Ayler (Gullion) and Claude Terrell Ayler; his grandson Billy Ayler; his sister Donna Sue Bennett (Ayler); his brother-in-law Paul Raymond Sloan; and his nephew Frederick Michael "Freddy" Jennings.
He is survived by: his children, William T. "Billy" Ayler (Carol) of Brownsburg, IN, Tammy R. Short (Rick) of Indianapolis, IN and Gayanna Paugh (David) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Joe Ayler of Shannon Ayler, T. J, Travis Short, Tristin Short, Ben Paugh and Hunter Paugh; his great grandchildren, Blake Ayler, Isabelle Ayler and Waylon Short; and his sisters, Nona Terrell Unversaw and Martha Sloan of Vevay, IN. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
