She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Pajak and Melba Marie Stewart (Clark); and her brother Stanley Roark. She is survived by: her husband Roger Clyde Slater of Switzerland County, Indiana; her caregiver Richard Davis of Switzerland County, Indiana; and her sisters, Donna Behn of Portland and Marion Wolf of Portland, Oregon. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
