She was predeceased by: her parents, David Peter and Mary Catherine Warholak (Spearing); and her grandparents, Roseanna Duffy and George Spearing. She is survived by: her children, Lauren Rose Warholak of Indianapolis and Cody Ryan Warholak of Indianapolis; her grandson Jeremiah Warholak; her siblings, Jeanette Sawi (Taki) of Indianapolis, Catherine "Boo" Warholak of Indianapolis and David Michael Warholak (Julie) of Oxford, Ohio; her nieces and nephews, Reuben Pero (Alyssa), Ryan, Samantha and Allison Warholak; her great-niece Kennedy Pero; and her close friend Melinda "Louise" Watson.
