It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beulah Chiappa (Vincennes, Indiana), who passed away on October 31, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her significant other John Chiappa; her parents, Kenneth Osborn Sr. and Nina Irene Sponsler Osborn; her brother Michael Osborn; and her stepmother Marylan Flenner.

She is survived by: her daughter Adrianna Robinson (Jack); her grandchildren, Ivan Robinson and Lola Robinson; and her siblings, Karen Beabout (Ralph), Mary Tohill (Oakie), Sherri Bone (Ronald), Kenneth "Rocky" Osborn, Howard Osborn and Larry Osborn (Pam). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to the Thursday Church in Vincennes Indiana in honor of her.
