She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl York and Hester York (Blakley); her children, Lisa Phillips and Ricky Phillips; her grandson Jacob Shreve; her great grandchild Julian Crabtree; and her siblings, Ann Kays (Bill), Carla Wisley (Bill), Dink Blakley (Barbara) and Bud York (Barbara).
She is survived by: her children, Rod Phillips, Lynda Risley, Kevin Phillips, Kelly Phillips and Stacey Phillips; and her siblings, Paul York (Earline), John York (Sandy) and Marilyn Shawhan.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the American Legion (222 N 4th St, Vincennes, IN 47591).
