He is survived by: his wife Jeannie "Street" Andrews; his stepson Brad Sullivan of Indianapolis, IN; and his siblings, Raymond Andrews (Beverly) of Pittsboro, NC, Dan Andrews (Teresa) of Somerset, KY, Jeff Andrews of Indianapolis, IN and Linda Andrews of Terre Haute, IN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
