We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2023, at the age of 73, Cecil Lockhart of Vincennes, Indiana, born in Oblong, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cecil Lockhart to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph and Doris (Reinholdt); his wife Janet Rich; and his sister Linda Nichols. He is survived by : his sons, Brian (Michelle Lockhart) and Nathan (Tracey Lockhart); his grandchildren, Hans Lockhart, Collette Lockhart, Preston Lockhart and Sydney Lockhart; his brother Tony; his sister-in-law Lisa Lockhart; and his close friend Angie Jenkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to "Oblong Sports Boosters", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
