He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Ellen Nicholason Moore (Cecil Maurice Moore) and Charles; his daughter Kristy Moore; and his siblings, Joe Moore, Jim Moore, Ronald Moore and Dorothy Lucille Messer.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Moore Jr. of Fishers, IN, Tracy Cissell of Bridgeport, IL, Debra Benton of Vincennes, Joseph Moore (Sybil) of Princeton and Jordyn Moore (Becka) of Orland Park, IL.; and his siblings, Benny Moore (Kelli) of Vincennes, Delia Hawkins of Ragsdale and Wesley Paul Moore of Ragsdale. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
