It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Allen (Vincennes, Indiana), who passed away on September 14, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel David Allen and Avis Elizabeth "Nicholson" Allen. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Mae Johnson; his children, Penni Grigsby of Vincennes, IN, David Duane Allen (Bev) of Colorado and Steven Louis Allen of Wyoming; his siblings, Harold Dean Allen of Texas, Bobby Lee Allen, Larry Jo Allen, Randy E. Allen and Sandra Kay Moyer of Vincennes, IN.; his son Ronnie Dean Allen; his son-in-law Larry Grigsby; his grandsons, Ronald Dean Allen Jr. and Shane Thomas Allen; and his siblings, Clifford Allen, Jerry Allen, Mary "Allen" Pickett, Annie "Allen" Woodsmall, Debrah "Allen" Staley and Gloria "Allen" Williams. He is also survived by grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1984 N Old Hwy 41, Vincennes, IN 47591). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
