She was predeceased by: her father John A. Stivers; her aunts and uncles, Donald White, Bobby Stivers, Barbara Carpenter and Cathy Stevens; and her grandparents, Dora, Clarence Hatfield, Alvin and Sarah White.
She is survived by: her mother Patsy R. Stivers; her siblings, John Aron Stivers and Contessa Lynn Stivers; her nephew Malaki Anthony Stivers; her aunts and uncles, Scott Hatfield (Amy), Harlen Groves (Denise), Fred Wagoner (Sue) and Frank Carpenter; and her pets, Leeloo and Corbin. She is also survived by many friends and cousins.
Dora also loved helping people and her final act of kindness was to giving the gift of sight through organ donation.
