He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Junior, Rosie Twitty, James and Edna Hess. He is survived by: his parents, Rick Twitty and Jamie Twitty (Hess) of Vincennes; and his significant other Jennie Davis.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Evan Twitty Scholarship Fund, Bunker Hill General Baptist Church, or the Vincennes Pet Port.
